Most institutes offering the course admit students based on their performance in a relevant entrance test followed by a round of Personal Interview. Some institutes conduct their own entrance tests for offering admission. Admission process generally varies across colleges. A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidates score at the 10+2 level. If you wish to know about any particular college, please mention the college/university name.

Yes, after DMLT you can proceed with B.Sc in Medical Lab technology.Here is the eligibility criteria:
* A candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board or university from the Science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Biochemistry and Mathematics).* Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology are also eligible to join.
* The minimum cut-off is 50%, which differs depending on the institute or college.
* Clearing an entrance exam is mandatory in order to get into the most reputed institutes.
