Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status:Unmarried
Language skills:Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage. Interactive skills:Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills

CPL is not part-time training. You may take gaps as per the availability of time and money that you spend.
It is a professional training and requires an equal input of candidate as from that of the instructor or the academy.

Some airlines like Vistara have an age limitation for selection for fresh pilots. They do not go for those below 30 years of age. Although there is no such criteria followed by other airlines.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. You can continue working and after 3+ years of work experience, pursue a part time MBA in HRM or you could also pick up a Diploma programme from ISTD or Diploma in labour laws. Many institutes also run certification courses ranging up to 6 months in HR & labour compliance. HR is a vast field keeping in India what in it interests you can pick up courses.

As you have completed your PG in nursing, you are definitely eligible for PhD. Many universities ask prospective students to clear an eligibility exam. That's all. Just approach the institute and then they will guide you further.
