TISS Mumbai admission is majorly entrance-based. The university used to conduct its own entrance exam, known as TISSNET for admission to its various PG courses. However, it has been canceled since 2024.

TISS Mumbai cutoff is released annually for the various courses offered by the university though the cutoff 2026 may only be available to the students who appeared for the entrance exam using their registered login ID and password. As the cutoffs are generally not released on public platform.
