Employment of petroleum engineers is projected to grow 3 percent from 2019 to 2029, about as fast as the average for all occupations. Oil prices will be a major determinant of employment growth. Typically, companies also expand exploration for new reserves of oil and gas when prices are high. Petroleum engineers have come a long way from just drilling a hole underground to produce oil by its natural energy, to very knowledgeable enhanced oil technology, to actually pushing oil from an injector well to a producer. There are even more challenging tasks ahead for a young graduate in petroleum engineering today. Petroleum engineering educa

Hello Shashank Prasad, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Masters from abroad after completion of your graduation in engineering in petroleum branch. Institutions abroad admit students based on different parameters and not exclusively on academic performance as in India. Hence it's essential to seek guidance from an agency that specialises in sending students abroad for Masters. This is so since they are invariably knowledgeable about peculiarities of each of these institutions. Hence I would strongly advise you to approach such an agency. Best wishes to you.
