Aerospace engineering is a sub-discipline of engineering that deals with the design and development of aero planes and spacecraft. Aeronautical and Astronautical engineering are two fields of engineering that are covered in depth in this course. A degree in aerospace engineering cover both: (I) aircraft that stay within the earth's atmosphere such as airplanes and helicopters. (ii) Aircraft that operate outside of the earth's atmosphere such as rockets, satellites, and other spacecraft. The highest package offered was 31LPA by Code Nation. Aerospace engineering has the worst placement records. Only 5-10 people have got placements from college and more than 5 were placed in IT jobs. The highest package offered maybe of 7 lacs as far as I know. Not more than 20 percent got internships from the college last year.
