Hi Dnyaneshwar,
Engineering in Computer Science and Petroleum are two entirely different courses. While pursuing B.Tech CSE you get to learn about computers, hardware and softwares, B.Tech Petroleum engineering is purely based on chemicals. So choose your field according to the subject that interests you.
If it's C++ then go for CSE and if its Chemistry and Hydrocarbons choose petroleum.
Also keep in mind that you career and placements options entirely depends on the stream you're gonna choose.

You can take admission in University of Technology and Management.
UTM has a long history of research and teaching in petroleum-related subjects mainly B.Tech peteroleum engineering, B.Tech CSE with Oil and Gas Informatics.
