No, there is no difference in the admission process for part-time or full-time mode of PhD offered by Jindal School of Government and Public Policy. Admissions to both courses is decided on entrance basis with the same exam scores considered to decide the selection of candidates.

Yes K.R. Mangalam University does offer PhD programmes. The courses have a duration of minimum three years. The minimum eligibility for these courses is Passing PG with some minimum percentage of aggregate score. Admission to PhD course is based on written exam scores and performance of candidates in the personal interview round.

No Stanford Design programs are not yet offered at PhD level. The highest level in which Design courses are available is Master level. But the curriculum of MS Design program is such that you can smoothly shift to another Ph.D. programme in Science or Engineering field.
