As per official sources, the fees to pursue a PhD at LNMIIT and Guru Nanak Dev University is INR 1.42 Lacs and INR 1.15 lakh, respectively. In terms of fees, Guru Nanak Dev University is a better choice.

To seek admission in a LNMIIT PhD programme, a candidate must have fulfill the course-specific eligibility criteria. Those who are eligible can apply for the preferred by visiting the official website of the institute. The fee to apply is INR 500. 

Once the application stage is completed, the institute conducts a written examination. Students who have a good academic background are required to appear for the test. Those who pass the test are further evaluated via a personal interview round. Students who receive the admission offer must report to the institute for verification of documents and payment of fees.

The LNMIIT PhD application form is made available a few months ahead of the selection process. As per the official website, the instutute inducts students to the PhD programme twice in a single academic year, once in the June-July session and again in the November-December session. Candidates seeking admission must fill out the application form before the start of their preferred academic semester. However, the application forms for students who have national fellowships are available throughout the year.
