As a post-graduate in Pharmacy, you can secure admission to a Ph.D. program by fulfilling certain eligibility requirements and going through the application process. In general, you must have a Master's degree in Pharmacy or an allied subject with at least 55% marks.
The application process is usually an online application, and may include an entrance test. Candidates with valid NET/GATE/SET/UET scores are exempted from the entrance test. Yes, students who are part of the IIITDM Kurnool PhD programme and are admitted under the HTRA category are provided financial support. However, students must fullfill the following conditions to receive it:
- The scholars are required to carry out Teaching Assistantship (TA) for at least eight hours per week

Yes, IIITDM Kurnool offers scholarships to students enrolled in the PhD programme offered at the institute. Students who are enrolled under the HTRA category are eligible for Half-Time Research Assistantship (HTRA). Such students are provided an HTRA ranging from INR 37,000 to INR 42,000. Once the IIITDM Kurnool PhD application process is over, the admission committee begins the screening process. All the registered candidates are evaluated based on their academic record, work experience, etc. Further, those who are shortlisted are required to take a written test.

IIITDM Kurnool PhD admissions are done based on students performance in the written test conducted at the institute. On the day of the test, candidates are required to produce the original certificates of the following documents:
