Yes, you are eligible to appear in either of the exams that is GPSC or UPSC. Anybody who is a graduate can apply for civil service exams. Other eligibility criteria you can check online on the UPSC website.

Yes, you are eligible to write NET exam, but as you have a degree in pharmacy, you will rather go CSIR UGC NET exam rather than UGC NET exam. And, in that you will apply from life sciences or chemical sciences subjects. Detailed information you will get from csir. Hrdg. Res. In. And, the forms for CSIR UGC NET are not out yet. Good luck.

1. You have to complete class 12th with 45% aggregate in PCBE (Physics, chemistry, biology and English). Pharmacy also fetches you good opportunities in different pharmacy companies and medical stores. But, it all depends on your interest.

No, you can't take admission in D.Pharma after 10th, you can apply it for after 12th.
