In terms of future prospects, both have a good future, in India, pharmacy colleges are more in number than physiotherapy colleges, so the competition for job is more in pharmacy, as I am a student of physiotherapy in SVNIRTAR-Odisha, in physiotherapy, you may set up a clinic of your own, and you can earn more money as well as serve more people, but in case of pharmacy, your income is limited. You will have to work more, then it's possible to earn more money. Do what your heart and mind say.

No, after doing DMLT course, you cannot directly take admission in B.Pharma.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas, then M.Pharma would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.
