B.Pharm is a better option. If you can get admission in a good college for B.Pharm then go for it.

USA is one of the best countries to study pharmacy but getting a job will not be so easy. For favorable work permit options after graduation you may consider Australia and Canada. To study in USA take the GRE and TOEFL.

Both B.Pharma and Mass Communication are good courses but there is no comparison to it. If you wish to get into the medical field then join B.Pharma or else join mass communication for film-making and production.
