Hi Khandakar,
I would say B.Pharma because it opens up a range of fields for you to go for.
Diploma in Pharmacy will give you only drug knowledge rather a Bachelor degree will give you all the opportunity and researches related to the drugs.
You can open a medical shop or a chemists shop, become a chemist, can also be a chemistry professor or a lab assistant or a laboratory expert, can do lots of experiments if u are interested in this field, can become a medical representative/transcriptionist.
After B.Pharm, you can get jobs in private as well as government sectors.
In case of government sectors, you can get job as:-
Pharmacist in hospitals
...more

No. To do Diploma in Pharmacy, you can do it on the basis of 10th but there are a very few institutes offering this for Bachelor of Pharmacy. You need to pass 12th with physics, chemistry and biology. You may reappear for HSC with these subject and also need to appear for entrance exam.

Most reputed colleges do conduct their own entrance exam to provide admission in their pharmacy course. So, you have to contact every individual college to know about their admission procedure.
