Since you a pharma graduate it will definitely be a good choice to opt for MBA Pharma. This way you can put your learnings during graduation to good use. Most of the Pharma firms also prefer one who has done MBA pharma.

Nothing is possible without hard work and dedication specially in science based research programme you should invest approx 7-8 years. If not, choose other fields and even in other options you have to work hard for knowledge and further growth, placement and salary.

If you are interested in doing PhD in Microbiology, then it has an excellent scope and if you are just expecting to do Bachelor's then Pharmacy will be better.

Engineering has been facing challenges. Pharmacy is a new course as new colleges have opened and more access is available now. Both can get a job. Still I would suggest B.Pharma.
