National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is the best option for you. NIOS conducts On Demand Examination (ODE) that NIOS Student can walk into the examination center as and when he/she feel ready for the examination. This allows the Student to get assessed when he/ she is ready. Readiness depends on the Student and not on the institution. The degree and level of performance is decided by the Student who can reappear in the examination as many times as one wants, till satisfied. From my own experience VIT has great faculty members who are very helpful also it has ties with several international Universities. Persuing a degree in VIT is definately worth it.
