Bachelor of Science in Physics or B.Sc. Physics is a 3 year undergraduate course, which deals with the nuances of Physics and its various properties. The curriculum is divided into 6 semesters, spanning over three years. It includes the specialised scientific study of Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry in detail. Any candidate, who has passed his/her high school, I. e. 10+2 from PCM/PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology), with an aggregate of 60% or more, is eligible to take admission in this course. Distance learning in B.Sc/ M.Sc. Is one of the most preferred options for students who are unable to attend regular classes due to several factors such as geographical restrictions, health issues, and time & financial constraints. Many major Science specializations in India are approved by UGC, which can be offered in distance learning mode. However, courses such as B.Sc. After completing M.Sc. In physics you could apply for the job in ISRO. You can work as research associate in various projects in ISRO. They publish vacancies time to time. You can apply for it. Also M.Sc. Physics graduates can apply for technical posts in ISRO. Generally you will be considered for Research /Scientists/ Senior Physicist positions in ISRO. At least 60% mark is needed so as to apply for the same. Written examination is conducted and selection is made on behalf of the performance of candidates in this exam.
