The difference is that a hons degree is more concentrated on the course. So, your B.Sc would be more focused on physics subject. One more thing hons. Course is always more recognized than general one.

Hi,
B.Sc (hons) is a degree of 4 years while B.Sc Physics is just for only 3 years. In BCS (Hons), you will study a particular subject and a particular topic and master in that while in B.Sc (physics) you have to study all the subject (Physics, Chemistry etc.)
B.Sc (hons) students always have an advantage in jobs than B.Sc (Physics) students. For example you went for a job and there only 1 seat is available but one more student came to take that job. You did B.Sc (hons) while the other one did B.Sc (physics), so the company employee selector will going to choose you for that job.
