It depends in which college you are applying for admission. Every college have different eligibility criteria for different courses. Some give admission on merit basis and some and basis of entrance exam. You can check the eligibility criteria of any college by visiting the official site of that specific college.

yes, you can do this course the eligibility criteria for this course is the student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology. Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Students, those pass the three-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) are also eligible.

Chances are very low to be very honest but I think u should wait for the second list. And u should keep looking other colleges. Cheers.
