Hello Ruby,
The eligibility criteria for getting admission in M.Tech course in any college or university inside India is that you must have either completed 4 years' engineering programme, which is B.Tech, or you have should have completed your Masters degree in the relevant subject. Coming to your specific case, you have to complete M.Sc in physics or any other allied discipline.
