Managing both will be hard. Since you are pursuing Honors, you will require proper time management. You can start by studying newspaper daily and Studying General Science. Read the Newspaper thoroughly in morning and Study GS in evening. When you get holidays, pickup a topic from history or civics and finish it on the same day.

If you want to go for aerospace engineering, I'd suggest you try for IIST-Chennai. The best one out there and has a direct collaboration with ISRO.

Hi Dalavai,
Academically, you will be required to do the following:
1. Get a degree in Physics (with mathematics would help)
2. As an undergrad, understand, appreciate and experience every bit of Physics you do.
3. Depending on which branch of physics interests you the most, do an internship or a project under a professor who works in that field.
4. Finish your Master's degree.
Clear the NET and get a Ph.D from a good institute.
5. Put your heart and soul in your research.
