B.Tech is good but if you perform better in academics. But scope after B.Sc from DU is good at present. So, it only depends on your capability which branch will you select. Best of luck.

For physics programme minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects at 10+2 and pass marks in English is required.
