Hi,
You know both physics and marine are differ from each other. This is better for you that you can continue the same subject in M.Sc as well. Yes, after completing the B.Sc in physics, you can pursue Masters in marine geo physics, if you want.

You can shortlist a few universities as per your profile, which includes academic grades, test scores, research work and extra curricula and check the university requirements. It is pretty much like a job search.
Meeting admission requirement is crucial and to be taken seriously. To pursue MS in USA, you must take GRE and any reputed university will require a brilliant profile. I will suggest you to start off by visiting university websites and go through the department page for detailed information.

Below mentioned are the tips to prepare For UGC-NET:
1. Note down your syllabus: It is very important to know what topics you will have to cover for your Subject. Note down the syllabus of all the important subjects in your, don't be screwed up with the topics out of the syllabus. Start with the topic you can cover faster.
2. Refer good books: You should purchase some good books as per your syllabus and your interest also utilize online study material.

Yes it's possible. But you'll have a hard time clearing the engineering entrance exams particularly chemistry. Also, you have to study basic chemistry in your first year. It's definitely possible but you better start studying chemistry. All the very best. Feel free to ask more questions.
