Majority of the universities in Canada require 75% and above. You can check SPP colleges. You must also take the IELTS to meet English language requirements.

Hi Biswajit,
The subject you mentioned is about understanding the basics and getting the concepts clear, if you don't have the basics right every possibility is there that you won't be able to pass your graduation with desired grades which will impact your career. So my suggestion is if your basics are not clear and you don't enjoy quants, you should not opt for it.

Merit list will be prepared on the basis of best 4 subjects.
But if you belong to general category, it's really difficult to get admission there.
