$v_{e} = \sqrt[]{\frac{2 G M}{R}} = \sqrt[]{\frac{2 G}{R} * \frac{4}{3} π R^{3} ρ}$

$= \sqrt[]{\frac{8 π G ρ}{3} R^{2}}$

$\Rightarrow v_{e} \propto R$

$\Rightarrow \frac{v_{e}}{v} = \frac{4 R}{R} \Rightarrow v_{e} = 4 v$

$x = A s i n ? (ω t) = A s i n ? (2 π n t)$

Now,

Potential energy $U = \frac{1}{2} {k x}^{2} = \frac{1}{2} {K A}^{2} {s i n}^{2} ? 2 π n t$

$= \frac{1}{2} {k A}^{2} [\frac{1 - c o s ? 2 π 2 n t}{2}]$
