g_eff = g – $(\frac{ρ_{w}}{ρ_{b}}) g$

$T = 2 π \sqrt[]{\frac{l}{g}}$

$T' = 2 π \sqrt[]{\frac{l}{g_{e f f}}}$

$\Rightarrow T' = \sqrt[]{\frac{5}{4}} T$

= $\sqrt[]{\frac{5}{4}} * 10$

= $5 \sqrt[]{5} s e c$

So, x = 5

$l = 50 c m$

A = 2mm²

Y = 1.2 * 10¹¹N/m²

$Δ x = x * 1 0^{- 5} m$

As, $\frac{T}{A} = Y \frac{Δ x}{l}$

$Δ x = \frac{T l}{A Y}$

$T l = V^{2} m$

= $\frac{V^{2} m}{A Y}$

$= \frac{3600 * 10 * 1 0^{- 3}}{2 * 1 0^{- 6} * 1.2 * 1 0^{11}} = \frac{1800 * 1 0^{- 3} * 1 0^{6}}{1.2}$

$= \frac{18}{12} * 1 0^{- 4} = \frac{3}{2} * 1 0^{- 4} = 15 * 1 0^{- 5} m$

So, x = 15

m = 0.3g density, $ρ_{(b a l l)} = 8 g / c c$ $∴ V = \frac{m}{ρ} = \frac{0.3}{8} c c$

$ρ_{g l y c e r e n e} = 1.3 g / c c = 1.3 * 1 0^{3} k g / m^{3}$

F_v + F_B = mg.

F_v = mg – F_B = .3 * 103 * 10 – 1.3 * $\frac{0.3}{8} * 1 0^{- 6} * 10 * 1 0^{3}$

$= 3 * 1 0^{- 3} - \frac{. 39}{8} * 1 0^{- 2} = 3 * 1 0^{- 3} - . 5 * 1 0^{- 3}$

= 2.5 * 103N

= 25 * 104N

x = 25

A $= 1 0^{- 4} m^{2}$

Breaking stress, $\frac{F}{A} = 5 * 1 0^{8} N / m^{2}$

$F = 5 * 1 0^{8} * 1 0^{- 4} N$

F = 5 * 104N

T = $\frac{m V^{2}}{l} \Rightarrow V_{(m a x)}^{2} = = \frac{T l}{m}$

$V_{m}^{2} = 2.5 * 1 0^{3}$

Vmax = 50m/s

$I_{1} - I_{2} = \frac{ρ}{4 π} (\frac{1}{r_{1}^{2}} - \frac{1}{r_{2}^{2}})$

$= \frac{11}{4 * \frac{22}{7}} (\frac{1}{1} - \frac{1}{25})$

$\frac{7}{8} * (\frac{24}{25}) = a * 1 0^{- 2} W / m^{2}$

$\frac{28 * 24}{8} * 1 0^{- 2} = a * 1 0^{- 2}$

⇒ 84 * 10^-2 = a * 10^-2 ⇒ a = 84

As, F = $m ω^{2} \frac{L}{2}$

$\Rightarrow F = \frac{m L}{2} (x^{2} F) \Rightarrow x^{2} = \frac{2}{m L} = \frac{2}{\frac{1}{4} * \frac{1}{2}} = 16$

$∴ x = 4$

For angle of incidence 'i' :-

cos I = $\frac{5}{\sqrt[]{48 + 27 + 25}} = \frac{5}{\sqrt[]{100}}$

=> I = 60°

Using snell's law :-

$μ_{1} s i n i = μ_{2} s i n r$

sin r = $\frac{\sqrt[]{2}}{\sqrt[]{3}} s i n 60 ° = \sqrt[]{\frac{2}{3}} * \frac{\sqrt[]{3}}{2} = \frac{1}{\sqrt[]{2}}$

$∴ r = 45 °$

So, difference, I – r = 60° - 45² = 15°
