If P 1 = P then P2=P+5% of P = 1 . 0 5 P .

From Boyle's law, PV=constant therefore,

V 2 V 1 = P 1 P 2 = P 1 . 0 5 P = 1 0 0 1 0 5

Fractional change in volume is

Δ V V = V 2 V 1 V 1 = 1 0 0 1 0 5 1 0 5 = 5 1 0 5

Therefore, percentage change in volume is

ΔVV*100%=5105*100%=4.76%

That is, volume decreases by 4 . 7 6 % .

From first law of thermodynamics

? W = ? Q - ? U

? Q = n C p ? T

? U = n C v ? T

? W = n ( C p - C v ) ? T

? Q ? W = γ γ - 1 C p C p = γ

From F.B. Ds of

9 k g 90 - T 1 = 9 a . 1

6 k g T 1 - T 2 = 6 a . . ( 2 )

5 k g T 2 - 50 = 5 a . . 3

1 + 2 + ( 3 )

40 = 20 a ? a = 2 m / s 2

Bulk modulus

B = Δ P Δ V / V

B = V [ Δ P Δ V ]

B = V [ P V ]

B = V [ P V ]

B = V [ P V ]

B = P

Here  Δ V c = 0 . 5 V , Δ i c = 0 . 0 5 m A = 0 . 0 5 * 1 0 3 A

Output resistance is given by

R o u t = Δ V c Δ i c = 0 . 5 0 . 5 * 1 0 3 = 1 0 4 Ω = 1 0 k Ω .
