Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for Rajasthan University of Health Sciences BPT programme. Candidates applying for BPT must have completed the age of 17 years but not completed 28 years in case of females and 25 years in case of males on or before December 31 of the admission year.

The average package for MPT students is INR 2 to INR 4 lakh at NITTE Institute of Physiotherapy, Mangalore. It all depends on specialization and experience of the graduate. The college had received accolades for an integrated approach, and graduates are employed by hospitals, rehabilitation centers, sports clinics, etc. A few graduates become private practitioners, which can be much more lucrative depending on demand and reputation.

Admission to Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy might face a moderate level of competition while getting admitted. For the BPT course, the candidate will require passing the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Admission is primarily done basis performance in All India Allied Health Common Entrance Test (AIAHCET). Counseling and interviews are conducted by the college for shortlisted candidates also.

Patil College of Physiotherapy is supposed to be based on completing eligibility criteria most of which require a 10+2 with Science subjects that include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, along with minimum percentage marked by the college.
