No BPT people can't do surgery. BPT course is mostly about non-invasive ways, physical therapy, exercises, and other ways to help patients get better, move well, reduce pain, and make body work good.
Physiotherapists don't have license for surgery. Surgery is done by doctors, especially surgeons who learn special training for surgery.

BPT and B Pharmacy are two different courses in medical field with different focus and jobs. BPT teach students to become physiotherapists, and B Pharmacy teach about medicines and pharmacy jobs. Yes, if you belong to sc/ st you may have change to get free seat any college for BPT. It depends on your college preferences and cutoff's of colleges for BPT course. You need to apply colleges durinf EAMCET counseling process . During this process government allot a college based on your rank.

But unfortunately there are limited option available in distance learning for Masters in physiotherapy because this field requires practical learning which can only be practiced in the field itself.
