No, you can not take admission in B.A. MS without giving NEET. The criteria to get into B.A. MS course is through NEET UG only, it doesn't matter if you have completed BPT you need to qualify NEET to get into B.A. MS course.

If you are facing such issues firstly try to directly contact with the organisation or college from where you opted the course if they are unresponsive to your mails and calls then there might be fraudulent issues.

Candidates for the MPT course must have a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. MPT candidates must have earned a Bachelor's degree from an Indian Physiotherapy Association-accredited college or university. Admission dates of opening and closing for various colleges are different so it depends what college you choose generally admission are between March to may.

Yes you can but for doing this course you must pursue a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy followed by a master's degree or postgraduate Diploma. BPT & B.Sc. Physiotherapy are the two popular Physiotherapy courses after the 12th.

Yes, you can apply for Diploma in Physiotherapy after completing 10th standard. Since, Physiotherapy relates to Medical Nursing specialisation so it is mandatory that you must score good marks in Science subject especially in Biology and Chemistry subjects.
