Firstly only with CPL you cannot become a Flight instructor, you need to complete instructor rating, that cost you around 4-5 lakhs, then The salary of a flight instructor in India soon after completing a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and instructor rating ypically ranges from ?4 Lacs to ?5 Lacs per annum for entry-level positions. As instructors gain experience and qualifications, their salaries can increase significantly, reaching up to ?12 Lacs per annum or more depending on the flying school and specific role.
