Hello,
Frankly speaking plastic engineering and nano Science and technology are quite different fields from each other. Plastic engineering exists since many years but on the other hand nanosciences is the most recent and upcoming field of studies. As a result of this, I feel that this subject has a great potential in the future. Hence, my sincere advise or recommendation to you would be to go for nanoscience and technology. Best wishes to you.

Plastic engineering is about the generation of new plastic polymers, like substance quality and nature controlling molding, etc. To suit needs of construction, etc. It is good if done from IIT but nut better than CSE. Plastic engineering can have a rising scope as plastic has become the most widely used material.

Hello XYZ, Engineering branches that you are talking about are indeed very specialised branches. Obviously opportunities for placements are comparatively less in absolute terms as compared with other branches. But let me reiterate that these branches do have their niche in the market and requirement. Due to this these branches have come up for studies. But be rest assured, these and many more such rare subjects are available in UPSC reportoire as choices for candidates. So do not worry. Best wishes to you.

Hello Shivam, You are already doing a job in quality department after completion of your Diploma. Now it all depends as to what is in your mind. You can pursue some course about six sigma, about ISO certification, etc. If you want to learn for the sake of just knowledge then I suggest you download brochure cum application form of IGNOU and from it's wide range of subjects select anyone that you like. Best wishes to you.
