It depends on your interest. If you want to pursue a career in research, teaching, administrative or civil services, political Science would be a great option. If you wish to pursue a career in journalism, advertising, event management, public relations etc., then mass communication will be a wise choice. You need to figure out your interest to make a choice between both.

Prospective investment bankers need to have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics, for example, but may come from other fields like computer Science or physics as well. With M.A. in politics, it won't be possible to go for investment banking.

If you are taking admission through entrance mode then you need have done BA (Hons.) or BA from any recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or must be a graduate from a recognised Indian university with a minimum aggregate of 60%. If admission direct then you must have done BA (Hons.) in political science from the University of Delhi with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
