Yes, you can join but you need to have atleast 45% - 55% to enroll in the Bachelor's degree in law.

Your marks should be more than 55% in bachelor programme for being eligible for the exam. You have to score more than the cutoff in your applied course. The cutoff is released after the exam so it is quite tough to say what would be the cutoff of the exam.
