Hello,
It is very good that you are keen to learn technical subjects. In your area where you want to reside check for the colleges which are good at academics as well as in placement (jobs opportunity). In between ME/CS you can carry CS if you have interest in computer language and coding. For mechanical it will be better that you should have good hand in mathematics because ME course has number of numerical subjects. Good luck.

To get the admission in 2nd year Diploma, the right way is LEET (lateral entry). If a student have passed 10+2 with non-medical or student who have passed ITI (vocational course) can take admission in 2nd year Diploma.

Of course, you can get a scholarship, if you are eligible. There are various scholarship like technical education scholarship, scholarship for meritorious students, caste scholarships. You just need to find under which category you are eligible. For that, go to National Scholarship Portal and login, then see your eligibility. Thanks.

Hi, NIOS is government authorized board and recognised by all Universities and educational institutions in india. NIOS certifactes and mark sheet issued just after 25 days of NIOS result, you may contact to your concerned regional center. Polytechnic college will accept yours NIOS mark sheet and for the time being you may obtained your certificate from your regional center. Good Luck.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Tech in any government college. For this, you have to apply for the counselling session, which varies from area to area you can contact any college directly. You don't have back log in Diploma.

Yes, you can. But some technical board have the condition of clear semesters I. e no backlog as well as where you want to take migration there should be a vacant seat. So, ask from technical board what is the eligibility of migration.

Yes, you can get admission directly in the 2nd year after completing your Diploma. Candidates must have passed diploma in engineering and technology and obtained at least 50 %
marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
