If you are talking about Group A then 100% you will get a Govt. Polytechnic College and if that rank was for Group K then there are only 70% chances that you can get admission in a Govt. Polytechnic College.

Please mention from where you want to pursue ITI. If you want to pursue it from a private college then you can get direct admission in a day but if you want a government college then you have to crack the entrance exam for a Government ITI College.

For this, you have to give Maharashtra Polytechnic entrance test. You can directly take admission in private colleges but for government colleges, it's mandatory to give the test.

Dear Abdul, admission is based on centralized admission process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharastra. In case, your brother fails to clear the test, don't get disheartened. Try for admission in good private universities. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of their own tests and some offer direct admission on basis of class 10th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 10th or entrance tests. Hello Ishaan,
You can definitely get admission in IITs since they treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th. However, unfortunately, NITs don't. Then many state government's have also declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th which makes you eligible. You can find information about your state on the webpage of DTE of education of your state.
