Don't go on books to learn HTML. You just surf: www.w3school.com
and
www.sololearn.com
Do programming practice via these links. It will help you a lot and then u will be able to understand HTML more easily.

Since you are a student of commerce,therefore, if you want to do programming, then first learn C and C+, thereafter, go on to any other language like Java or Python or PhP.

To become a programmer, the best course to pursue is Java because many MNCs work on Java. There is more scope in Java than other languages, except Python.

Well I find the channel of hitesh Chaudhary the best. Try it out. You can even search the channels by typing different programming languages. There are pretty good websites of which -like learncodeonline is best. Further go for the TCS campus commune also and geeks for geeks, hackerrank etc.
