Yes, you can apply for jobs after completing your course in C, C+ and Java programming languages if you're a good coder and have good coding skills. There are possibilities for you to get a decent job with big companies.

C is not used to develop mobile application it is used to develop embedded software, networking and operating system related things. You can develop apps using C+, Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc. Try to learn any of these languages to develop apps.

I mean certifications are useless if you do not know them. Even, without certifications if you can confidently tell the recruiter that you have knowledge in them and solve a few questions you will get a job.
