You'd need an M.Phil under an institution recognized by RCI to practice as a clinical psychologist. With a Ph.D. you can teach in colleges and universities, but can't practice. There is a lot of scope after M.A. Psychology. You can become a practicing psychologist/counsellor after getting the appropriate certifications. You can choose a career in Market research or even HR.
