I did my BBA and MBA in finance and HR. I always wanted to learn psychology but never got a chance to. Can I pursue a master’s in psychology and do my PsyD? What are the requirements I need?
You will need to have some undergraduate courses in psychology—perhaps the equivalent of an undergraduate minor in the field. I would suggest you pick a few departments of interest and write to them. I suspect, but I am uncertain, that they will require some undergraduate courses.

Certain institutions allow students to take up several programs at once while others have certain restrictions.
Workload and Time Commitment: Both, Ph.D. and M.A. are serious academic endeavors. It would require a massive time, effort, and commitment.
Overlapping Courses: if there is a great similarity in the course work between these two degrees, one may perhaps opt to take some course to fulfill partially the requirement of one of the degree, thereby reducing the overall workload.

Of course, one can certainly find admission to the final year of a 3-year psychology program. In many places, it goes by the name "lateral entry".
