Dear Aspirant, I am an alumnus of LPU and as far as I know, LPU does not offer a B.Sc in Psychology. However, LPU offers BA (Hons. ) in Psychology programme. My friend's sister also completed BA (Hons. ) in Psychology from LPU itself and now she is pursuing an MA degree in the same domain and working a part-time job as a counselor in a hospital. Actually this is specialisation course and generally comes at the time of Masters or Diploma level. You can go for certification along with your graduation you can do Masters post graduation. For graduation it is very difficult to find a course in good college.

Basic eligibility for the programme is a pass with minimum 55% at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India. Candidates writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2021 may apply with their class X and XI marks.

A Ph.D. in counseling psychology typically takes four years of full-time study to complete or more for part-time students. You must have Master's degree with 50% aggregate marks in Science for apply and Admission to the course is done on the basis of entrance examination or merit list. The minimum eligibility criteria to pursue B.A. English literature is 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Additionally, the candidate must have had English as a core subject. The Admission Process is usually merit-based but few colleges conduct entrance exams. Thank You!
