Mathematics and Psychology are two completely different paths, if you are interested in psychology, drop your field if you are in the 1st year and follow your passion. Do not waste your time doing irrelevant things which you are not interested. If you are at the peak (final year) of your B.Sc maths field, I suggest you complete graduation, so that you have a degree which acts as a backup plan/source of the part-time income.

Philosophy along with Psychology is possible in a few colleges that come under the University of Delhi. You can either go for B.A. Programme with two core subjects of your choice, I. e. Philosophy and Psychology, or have a major in Philosophy/Psychology along with the other subject as your general elective (Which you'll be studying or 4 semesters and will be your minor). I would recommend you to go for major in a subject and minor in another one.
