Yes, you can build a career in psychology if you are in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Physical Education and English in class 12th. There are no high school subject area prerequisites for psychology as long as you are qualified to take psychology classes in college. Hence after your 12th you appear for a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (B.A. or B.Sc in psychology) from any recognised University. The eligibility is generally of passing the 12th standard examination and for it you need at least 50-60% marks according to the university standards. Candidates should have completed their 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks for entering the B.Sc. (Hons.) Psychology course at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) through CUET UG. The subjects specified in the CUET UG are Biology, along with other general or specific Science subjects, depending on the actual criteria for that particular academic year.

Almost every university, college, or other educational institution would usually has a section relating to admissions, where you can usually find contacts of counsellors. Generally, one is not allowed to change category in the in-house form for BA Psychology at Mithibai College after the last date of submission. Most colleges like Mithibai tend to have very strict deadlines for filing applications and changes in categories also because of administrative procedures. The B.Sc. in Psychology at Nilgiri College of Arts and Science is an undergraduate course that is three years long. The tuition fees are INR 15,000 per semester and therefore INR 90,000 for the entire course.
Some other fees would be charges for university exams, hostel fees, transportation fees, and miscellaneous. It would be best to call the college administration to find out about all the other fees.

Yes, you can do a Master's in Political Science after doing Bachelor's in Psychology because all universities accept students from every background. While some will prefer candidates with a prior background in political science, others are flexible and tend to accept applicants with many different undergraduate degrees.
