There isn't any age limit for studies so yes irrespective of your age you can go for studies in any field of your interest, so check out with colleges about educational qualifications etc.

if your daughter interested in psychology then she can chose Ba (Honours) psychology programme at Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and prepare for TISS for MA psychology programme because after pg they can get more opportunities

Both are good in their own aspects. But, I personally advice you to go for LLB as it have more opportunities than psychology. Moreover, after doing LLB you can work in firms which provides good salary, even to freshers.
