first join any collage like Christ university, Bangalore
allahabad university
Gujarat university
or join Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh or for distance education join IGNOU and when your Ba(honours) psychology programme completed then prepare for TISS to more study and jobs opportunities and In Ma you can chose Ma(counselling) psychology programme and when your two year programme complete then u can get degree.

There are so many Colleges/Universities well known for Psychology subjects. You may consider Fergusson college Pune, Delhi University colleges, Indian Institute Of Psychology And Research Bengaluru, University of Madras, University of Calcutta etc. Good luck.

Both have equal opportunity because if you prefer Clinical Psychology then you can do job with any doctor/clinic. 

If you choose counseling then you can earn from any school by counselling the students.

join Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh for Ba (honours) psychology programme and prepare for TISS to ma psychology because after this u can get more opportunities

I think you start study at first I mean join Ba(honours) psychology programme and after Ma(psychology) and then p.hd or M.phil to get job but if you interested in all this then u can join TISS or Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and prepare for TISS to ma psychology because after this u can get more opportunities.
