Hi Ananya, Industrial psychology has a very wide and expansive scope. It is one of the first attempts to apply psychology to the workplace. It has expanded to include topics like efficiency, productivity, training, and assessment. It should not be confused with organizational psychology, where there is more focus on motivation, leadership, teams, culture and organizational development.
