I can totally understand your dilemma as I had gone through the same. Each and every profession is good if it interests you. Yes you can apply for psychology course through Delhi University after 3-4 years but by that time the cut offs will go very high with the University looking at this year's cut off list.
If not regular you can go for a correspondence course with DU as they conduct weekend classes at Kirorimal for correspondence courses.

If you want to do Psychology course after 12th then there is no need to study PCB in 12th. You can also study arts or commerce and maths is not necessary if you want to pursue psychology course.
Psychology course is a combination of Social Science and Statistics. It's better if you study arts you will be able to relate to it at the graduation level.
You can do Psychology Hons at graduation level and after graduation, one can opt for an MA or MSc in Psychology, Social work or Counseling.

You may opt BA/ B.Sc psychology preferably applied psychology or counselling psychology if you are more inclined towards it.
Apart from this, you may decide BBA
If you want to become an environmentalist or social worker, B.Sc. Psychology is good but you may also check for 5 years integrated BA MSW course offered by MSW.
