I think the Architecture department at Chandigarh University is really great because it makes sure students learn by doing things. We do not just sit in class. Listen to the teacher. We also work on design studios. Make models and go to sites and attend workshops and do projects that are like real jobs. The things we study are made to help us get experience by doing things like drawing buildings and using computer tools to design things and working on projects. I like that we get to use the things we learn in class to solve design problems. This helps us be more creative and figure out how to solve problems and get the skills we need t

As a student I think living in a hostel at Chandigarh University is really great for Architecture students. It is lively and easy to manage with all the facilities. Architecture involves a lot of studio work making models and doing projects so staying on campus is super helpful because everything we need is a short walk away. The hostels have everything we need like Wi-Fi, study spaces, security guards, laundry services and a mess hall. I love that there are students from all over. The university teaches you the required tools and software as you go along. This way you get a mix of creative freedom and industry-ready skills. CU really focuses on arts, visual storytelling and hands-on project work. It uses a studio-based learning approach, which's great for students who enjoy working on real projects. This approach helps students l

Here's my experience as a student. I think the Animation labs at Chandigarh University are great. We get to work with software like Maya and Photoshop. The department has labs, like 2D and 3D labs and even a Motion Capture lab. This setup helps us work on projects. I like that we do studio-based learning. The infrastructure is modern. We focus on projects, which helps us build creative skills. These skills are needed in the animation and gaming industry. Choose Chitkara University if your top priority is getting a good software job after graduation because it has less population than Chandigarh University.
Choose Chandigarh University if you value a larger campus, more extracurricular opportunities, and broader exposure and are confident you can compete in a much larger peer group.
