RRB ALP normalisation is done to adjust the difficulty level of the questions asked in the exam. This is done because exam is conducted in multiple shifts. Result is announced based on the normalised marks.

The RRB group-D exam is conducted in online mode only through CBT. The types of questions are objective only and total number of questions are 100. Those who qualify in the written test, are supposed to qualify in the physical efficiency test also which is qualifying in nature. The maximum marks for written test are 100 and cutoff is prepared according to written test scores only. The RRB Staff Nurse exam is expected to be held in June 2024. The official notification for the exam is expected to be released in January 2024, and online applications are expected to start in February 2024. The admit cards are expected to be released in May 2024.
