Both BBA Marketing and BBA Finance are equally good educational qualificatio to seek admission in MIB or MBA IB. Based on any of the specialization at BBA you can choose your electives in PG degree on International Business.

GD-PI round is compulsory in all MBA colleges for admission selection. You have to prepare hard for it. But it is not difficult to crack.

Hello,
Put ITM Navi Mumbai in the last resort. First try for some other colleges. There are many other institutes better than ITM. If you still want to join ITM, then go for marketing as marketing is the only department which is worth joining as placements are very good for the same.
