Marketing is a bit tougher as compared to HR, as former needs more of your analytical and reasoning skills and rapid changes in current market scenario making it tougher. On the other hand HR issues and problems are more of traditional kind and fixed tools and techniques are known.

Although, candidates from any stream may apply for the profile but candidates from the Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Accounting, Finance and Business Management will be preferred.
